This document regulates access to and use of the informational website accessible through the URL www.didendum.com (henceforth “the Website”), owned by DIDENDUM, as well as the restricted access Customer Space located therein.

This request must be accompanied by the following information: name and surname, address for notification purposes and a photocopy of the national identity document or passport. In the case of representation, this must be proven by a reliable document.

DIDENDUM it may also collect your IP address as well as your browsing data within the Website in order to identify possible fraudulent uses of the Website.

DIDENDUM is committed to maintaining the privacy of the personal data you provide to us. In addition, DIDENDUM guarantees that it has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data, and has installed all the technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Any litigation or dispute arising from the use of the Website will be governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, the parties, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Vigo (Spain).

Modification

DIDENDUM reserves the right to modify these terms, in accordance with applicable legislation at any time, which you will duly inform about on the Website, so we recommend that you periodically review this Legal Notice.
